Privacy Policy for Multi-Timer Studio
About this policy
Multi-Timer Studio is provided by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. This policy describes how the app handles information when you use its countdowns, workflows, stopwatch, saved setups, history, statistics, and completion alerts.
Privacy contact: mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com
Information accessed and stored
The app stores your timing workspace locally on your device. This includes timer and workflow names, optional descriptions, group names, stage labels and durations, cycle counts, presets, templates, and unfinished editor drafts. Draft changes are saved as you edit.
The app also stores running and paused session progress, stopwatch state, completed countdown and workflow records, saved stopwatch sessions, completion timestamps, session durations and types, and notification, sound, and vibration preferences. History records can retain copies of the names, descriptions, groups, and stages associated with completed sessions.
The app uses device time, elapsed time since startup, and an Android restart counter to calculate timing progress and restore sessions after the app or device restarts. The restart counter is used for timing continuity, not as an advertising identifier.
The inspected app does not require an account and does not implement collection of contacts, location, photos, microphone recordings, payment information, or advertising identifiers. It does not transmit your timing workspace to the developer or an app-operated server.
How information is used
Your locally stored information is used to run and restore timers and the stopwatch, advance workflow stages, reuse saved setups, organize groups, display history, calculate activity statistics, and schedule completion alerts. Statistics are calculated on your device from your session history.
Permissions and notifications
The Android app can request notification permission and access to schedule precise alarms. It also uses vibration and receives device restart events to restore scheduled alerts. Background alert delivery depends on Android permissions, settings, and system restrictions.
Completion notifications include the timer or workflow name and a completion message. Depending on your device settings, this information may appear on the lock screen or other notification surfaces. You can control notifications through the app’s alert options and Android notification settings. Workflow stages advance silently; an optional notification marks completion of the final cycle.
The app declares Internet permission, but the inspected timing features do not implement network transmission of your workspace.
Sharing, third-party software, and backups
The inspected app does not implement advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or sale or sharing of your workspace with external companies. Its declared libraries support the interface and local app operation; no advertising or analytics SDK was identified.
Android system services receive the information needed to schedule alarms and display notifications, including timer or workflow names.
Android backup is enabled in the app configuration. Depending on your device, account, and system settings, Android may back up or transfer locally stored app data through the operating system’s backup service. Such backups are governed by the relevant service provider’s practices and settings. The app does not implement its own cloud backup or synchronization service.
Storage and security
On Android, workspace data is stored in app-private preferences using Android’s application storage protections. The app does not add its own encryption layer to this stored data. Device access controls, notification settings, and backup settings affect its protection. No method of storage or security can guarantee absolute protection.
Because the inspected app does not transmit workspace data to an app-operated service, it does not implement an app-specific encrypted connection for that data. Any operating-system backup transmission is managed by the backup provider.
Retention and deletion
The app does not implement an automatic retention period or automatic expiration of session history. Saved data remains locally until removed through available app controls or by clearing the app’s storage.
You can delete saved presets and workflow templates and remove groups through the app. Deleting a saved setup does not erase existing runs or completed history. Removing a group does not erase historical records that already contain that group name. The current app does not provide individual history deletion or an in-app command to erase the entire workspace.
To remove the complete local workspace, including drafts, preferences, and history, use Android’s settings to clear the app’s storage. Uninstalling also removes its local application data, although system backups may remain and may restore data later. Manage any backup copies through the relevant device or backup-service controls.
For deletion questions or requests, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The developer cannot remotely access or erase a workspace stored only on your device. If you email the contact address, your email address and any information you include are handled through email services to address your request. A specific retention period for support correspondence has not been established in the available information.
Children’s privacy
Multi-Timer Studio is a productivity tool. A specific intended age range has not been established in the available information. The inspected app has no account registration, age collection, advertising, or analytics features and does not transmit children’s workspace data to the developer. If you have a concern about a child’s information, contact the privacy email address below.
Browser preview
If you use the browser preview, the workspace is saved in that browser’s local storage instead of Android app-private preferences. Clear the preview’s site data in your browser to delete it. The preview does not deliver Android notifications, sounds, or vibration. This policy’s source inspection does not establish the hosting provider’s separate logging or retention practices.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or its information-handling practices. Review the latest version when evaluating how your information is handled.
